Featuring a customizable dashboard, One Track Health allows users to easily monitor key test results through a two-color coded system. The intuitive color coding enhances user experience: green denotes values within the recommended ranges, while red signifies values that fall outside these limits. For personalized tracking, users can adjust test reference ranges via the built-in editing tool, enabling them to align results with their healthcare provider’s guidelines.

One Track Health includes a comprehensive Help Guide that provides essential information regarding blood tests regularly monitored in CKD patients on dialysis. The app has been developed following recommendations from reputable sources including NKF KDOQI™, KDIGO, UpToDate®, and experienced nephrologists. It is advisable for users to consult their healthcare providers for tailored reference ranges.

The app's customization features are noteworthy, allowing users to select tests that are particularly relevant to their health journeys. Key functionalities include:

 <li>Editing existing test types and result ranges based on physician recommendations</li>
 <li>Creating separate profiles for family members</li>

Tracking trends is facilitated by multiple viewing options, including a monthly view and a long-term graphical representation of results. Users can adjust date ranges to gain insights specific to their health management goals.

In addition to tracking health metrics, One Track Health offers a platform for staying updated on CKD-related news through the CKD Insider Newsletter. This feature presents valuable information on recent developments from kidney organizations, FDA approvals, advocacy opportunities, and educational content relevant to patients and their caregivers.

The Care Partner Sharing Feature enables users to share their information securely with care partners or physicians, fostering collaboration in health management. Care partners can assist by adding or editing test results while maintaining privacy settings; users will receive notifications via email regarding any alterations made by their care partners.
